This is going to be a quickie tonight. Just got home from playing softball- another victory (woo hoo!!!)- so I’d like to get to bed before midnight.
Quick overview of meals:
Yesterday morning was lemon Chobani (Greek yogurt if you’re new to the blog) with shredded unsweetened coconut.
We had a staff meeting at lunch yesterday at Las Flores. I ordered the Speedy #3, a cheese quesadilla and a taco. And I probably ate a whole basket of chips and salsa by myself.
Last night Hubby did some grilling again, it was pretty much a repeat of the chicken drummies meal, minus the sweet potato chip. So I didn’t take a picture.
This morning was a bowl of vanilla Chobani with frozen blueberries and some Honey Oat Kashi cereal. I don’t really care for the cereal but I hate to just throw it away.
After a quick weights circuit at the gym over the lunch hour, I made myself a buffalo chicken salad. It included some Tyson buffalo chicken bites from Fareway, spinach, edamame, a hard boiled egg, feta cheese, and a little Ranch dressing after the picture was taken.
Tonight before the game a couple of us from our team got together out at Pin Oaks, a country club just outside of town. I had a cranberry pear salad that had pecans, bleu cheese and a poppy seed dressing. Sweet potato fries on the side. The salad was good in theory, but the iceberg lettuce just made it blah. If it would have been anything else, even Romaine, it would have been amazing.
Before I leave, here is a picture of Tyler with his giant hands. He’s been a little crabby lately, probably because those darn upper molars are poking through his little baby gums.
He’s a trooper though. Love that little guy so much.
